In 2014, the municipality of Roosendaal developed a low-temperature heat network and placed it under the management of Duurzaam Energiebedrijf Roosendaal (DER).
Noven is the building manager and operator of the Suikerpark heat network in Veurne. The company’s focus is on making housing development more sustainable, mainly with CHP plants. Novem provides sustainable production on the one hand and energy-as-a-service on the other. For the latter, Novem uses the Zero Friction platform to automatically process invoices and payments across the entire chain.

Duurzaam opgewekt is part of Groep Duurzame Energie (GDE). The company focuses on ATES projects from A to Z. GDE wants to make all kinds of buildings and neighbourhoods more sustainable. For its first project, Paleiskwartier in Den Bosch, Zero Friction is helping Duurzaam Opgewekt with the acquisition of 950 customers from Ennatuurlijk. It is using our platform for the efficient invoicing of their residents.
Celsias, a new heat supplier managed by Edwin Klomp, is financing and supplying the technology needed so that tenants can benefit from the financial and sustainable benefits of green energy. Because the system used to invoice the first residents had to be set up quickly, Zero Friction made sure that the invoicing environment was fully up and running in just a few weeks.
GasloOss supplies heat and cold to the residents of the new-build homes in the ‘Het Componistenkwartier’ neighbourhood in Oss. It chose an ATES system to heat and cool the first 130 homes. Schrijvers Technische Installaties, which is responsible for the technical installation, will now also fulfil the role of heat supplier. Zero Friction is providing Schrijvers Technische Installaties with a total service, where we take over the entire administrative handling and customer communication of the project.
