Director Alex Sessink: "Thanks to Zero Friction I save at least a couple of working days per month. I only have to approve the direct debit order every month. The other processes are fully automated. Correct communication is very important to us. So it's also very nice that, via the customer portal, we can inform our customers about their energy consumption and costs. And tis all is done according to the current legislation."

 

Zero Friction unburds both De Graaflander and De Graeflander. These are sister companies that focus on the operation of heat installations and heat supply respectively. Since 2021, De Graeflander supplies heat to 222 houses of housing association Plavei in ‘De Bloemenbuurt’ in Didam. Zero Friction takes care of the invoicing and customer service on behalf of De Graeflander.

In January 2022, Zero Friction signed a second contract with De Graaflander. For several housing corporations and real estate owners they manage and operate sustainable energy installations. Zero Friction takes care of the heat billing and customer services for 310 housing units.
