We proudly announce our cooperation with EQUANS

EQUANS is the international market leader in technical services. Worldwide, their 74,000 employees are committed to providing their customers with the most innovative and sustainable technical solutions every day. Their goal is to help clients in the three major transitions of today: the energy transition, the industrial transition and the digital transition.

Their name says it all: EQUANS (EQUation and ANSwers) provides answers to the complex challenges customers face. They can count on and rely on the expertise in technical services of EQUANS. They have everything to relieve customers. From advice, design, installation, realisation, maintenance and management to financing.

EQUANS, formerly known as ENGIE Energy Solutions, was looking for a party to bill their Dutch heating customers and take care of the customer communication. After an extensive selection process Zero Friction was chosen as partner. Besides billing and service, the end-users will also use the Zero Friction customer portal that will be fully equipped in the look and feel of EQUANS.

Peter Van de Witte (Senior Buyer) and Harold Maasen (Operational Manager) testify:

“We noticed immediately during the selection process that Zero Friction understands our business very well. They fully meet our requirements and wishes regarding the product. The online platform is complete, high quality and user friendly. In addition, like us, they always put the customers first. Last but not least, they have knowledge of the market. Our customers are well taken care of and will be helped by professional service providers with expertise. That is a great reassurance.”

Wim Jacobs (CEO at Zero Friction) is also delighted with this cooperation:

“Our extensive experience and knowledge has helped enormously to offer a qualitative proposal. Because of our common focus on collective heat supply, there was immediately a positive click with EQUANS. Moreover, this cooperation fully fits into our growth plans to further support the heat transition in Europe in a professional manner.”
