We are Zero Friction. We offer reliable and efficient B2B SaaS platform for district & communal heating and cooling suppliers and building managers. We are serving small to Enterprise customers and shaking things up in the district heating and cooling market.

Without major investment, billing and cost allocation of collective heat and other energy types is fully automated. We are fully in the scale-up phase and mentality, where we like to work together to build a success story. Ready to fight friction with us?

The package

Main responsibilities

Conduct thorough functional analyses to understand business needs and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements effectively
Develop comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions
Conduct gap analyses and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Lead workshops to facilitate discussions and gather requirements from various stakeholders
Prepare release notes to communicate changes and enhancements to end-users
Draf test cases, overseeing testing processes, and ensuring follow-up on test results
Conduct webinars to educate users on new features and functionalities
Create user manuals to provide clear instructions for end-users

Does this sound like you?

Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in creating process diagrams and flowcharts
Familiarity with release management processes and documentation
Knowledge of industry-standard tools for functional analysis, testing, and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and in English
