However, customers can easily log new feature requests or vote on existing ones. Our dedicated product manager oversees the roadmap and prioritizes features based on customer input or votes.

Together with our customers, we define the landscape and responsibilities. Based on this proposal and IT landscape document, we offer a fixed-price project.
