- Document creation: You create your invoices and other business documents in the UBL format. This can be done using your accounting software or through a service provider that can generate UBL documents.
- Sending: Your UBL documents are sent via your Peppol Access Point provider to the recipient, who is also registered on the Peppol network.
- Receipt and processing: The recipient receives the document through their Peppol Access Point and processes it automatically in their own systems.
