The package

Main responsibilities

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with .NET Core
Learn and utilize Blazor, a modern web framework. Join us in the exciting journey of staying at the forefront of technology and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our users!
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps principles
Lead and facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Work closely with our development team as well as the rest of the company to build a great user experience for our customers
Ensure timely delivery of features and projects, collaborating with the team to address challenges and meet project deadlines
Tackle complex technical challenges, identify opportunities for process optimization, and contribute to the evolution of our software architecture
Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with your team members to provide mentorship, address individual concerns, and foster professional growth

Does this sound like you?

Familiarity with basic Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Container Apps and API Management
Proven track record as a Scrum Master, steering development teams toward the successful delivery of projects
Demonstrated knowledge of GIT, and preferably familiarity with Azure DevOps and working with Release / Build pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar tools
Understanding of cloud design principles, including resiliency, retry mechanisms, and microservices
Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions
Result-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines effectively
